What You'll Be Doing
- Manage vacation accrual and employee requests.
- Counsel internal customers on work-related issues.
- Provide HR services including compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Oversee employee time tracking and coordinate payroll transactions.
- Assist with recruitment and support labour relations functions.
