What does a successful Director of Product Management do?
The Director of Product Management will lead a team responsible for a high-growth and high-demand product within the Digital Lending and Origination team. At Fiserv, this role ensures the delivery of best-in-class digital solutions across the Originate Banking Platform, supporting Deposits, Lending, Mortgage, and Commercial products.
What you will do:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver innovative digital solutions that align with Fiserv's strategic goals.
- Drive product strategy and execution for the Originate Banking Platform, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and implement product roadmaps.
- Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch.
- Ensure the team employs dev ops and agile development methodologies effectively.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
- 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 8+ years of experience with dev ops and agile development.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, especially within the SaaS model.
- 8+ years of experience in origination, credit, fraud, and risk management.
What would be great to have:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or PMI Agile Certification.
