What does a successful Product Manager of Mortgage Director do at Fiserv?
A successful Product Manager for Mortgage Director at Fiserv will deliver mortgage banking consulting engagements and system configuration support to Mortgage Director customers pre- and post-implementation. Drawing on their expertise in the mortgage industry, they will facilitate customer scoping calls, review and edit requirements, and ensure the system configurations meet customer needs. Additionally, they will support Mortgage Director's identification, documentation, and implementation of best practices within the system defaults.
What you will do:
- Facilitate customer scoping calls and on-site engagements, managing critical path objectives to ensure professional delivery.
- Document customer requirements, review and edit specifications, and configure LOS tables to meet customer needs.
- Identify and communicate strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process improvement in customer modifications.
- Develop BRD and PRD to support custom development requests or system enhancements.
- Review and prioritize professional services cases and develop functional specifications and design enhancements.
- Contribute to the Mortgage Director team with ideas for consulting engagements and system improvements.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending, loan origination or lending technology
- 3+ years in customer implementation of software solutions in the mortgage lending space.
- Willingness to travel within the US up to 25% of the time.
What would be great to have:
- Experience with Mortgage Director LOS preferred.
- Ability to articulate best practices of mortgage lending and mortgage lending technologies.
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions for the mortgage industry.
