· Assist in planning and executing a variety of in-person marketing events, including tabling, pop-ups, themed meals, giveaways, and large-scale campus events.
· Act as the on-site lead for events, engaging students and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
· Develop and manage social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) aligned with student culture, brand standards, and dining initiatives; monitor trends and respond to audience interactions & DMs.
· Promote events and campaigns using digital and print channels such as social media, email, posters, and digital screens.
· Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align messaging, source content, and support brand and campaign goals.
· Track and analyze content and campaign performance to optimize future strategy and report results.
· Support the recruitment, training, and oversight of student brand ambassadors, interns, or student workers.
· Participate in weekly marketing meetings and contribute to creative planning, content brainstorming, and project execution.
· Implement base business growth strategies to support sales, pricing accuracy, and voluntary meal plan participation.
· Ensure national brand programs, promotions, and sales initiatives are effectively executed across campus dining locations as well as brand standards consistently upheld at all identified points of service.
· Identify and recommend new innovations, technologies, or services that support engagement, sales growth, and client satisfaction.
· Collect feedback from students and customers to evaluate program success and inform future improvements.
