What does a successful EMEA Tech Recruiter do?
As an EMEA Tech Recruiter at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top tech talent across the EMEA region. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and deliver innovative sourcing strategies. By connecting with potential candidates and
guiding them through the recruitment process, you will contribute significantly to Fiserv’s mission of delivering top-notch financial technology solutions.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and team dynamics.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
What you will need to have:
- Extensive years of experience in recruiting for technical roles.
- Experience in sourcing and engaging candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in recruiting within the EMEA region, including knowledge of regional market trends.
What would be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting for financial technology roles.
- 3+ years of experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Familiarity with using ATS systems like Workday.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and other EMEA languages.
