Job Summary
Responsible for working escalated managed service customer trouble tickets, troubleshooting operations issues and providing technical solutions to operational problems. This is a customer facing position that requires a unique skillset of being highly technical, while delivering a great customer experience. Acts in compliance with industry and Company technical requirements, standards, policies and procedures. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities
- Provides floor support for the Installation Engineer 1 teams as a technical resource during real time installation events
- Perform Customer Onboarding Activities for EAC support.
- Interfaces with customers to implement issue resolution and routine maintenance updates and configuration optimization
- Experience utilizing: Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, Meraki
- Interfaces with equipment vendors to resolve and document equipment fixes, firmware upgrades, etc.
- Interfaces with off-net providers to resolve transport, outage and CPE-caused issues including cooperative testing
- Assists with chronic issue resolution in cooperation with Engineer 3 or NDE as assigned
- Assists Install team with escalations and overflow volume as assigned
- Able to identify root cause trends and further analyze deep tech data and to drive to resolution
- Makes configurations changes as necessary /applicable
- Suggests improvements to documentation for individual customer solutions. Able to communicate at all levels of the organization clearly and effectively
- Identifies technical training and documentation gaps and works to develop or edit training and documentation materials as assigned
- Regular technical audits to ensure quality on technical aspects of installs and break/fix dispatches
- Able to function independently.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $30.26 - $45.38
Additional Range: This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $28.88 - $45.38
