Position Summary
The Director of Franchise Operations provides overall direction, coaching and guidance to a team of Franchise Business Consultants and support team members to achieve business performance goals. The Director of Franchise Operations sets goals and coaches a team of FBC’s and support staff who provide consultative support to Franchisees regarding talent, brand, and operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
This position requires strong organization and leadership skills to maintain multi site locations, patience, flexibility, excellent written, verbal and computer skills and strong initiative and problem-solving skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
Education/Experience:
- Four-year degree in any field.
- 5+ years of Management experience
- Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office.
