The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical direction on translating business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs. This includes facilitating the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications. This role serves as a technical expert for project teams throughout the implementation and maintenance of business and enterprise software solutions. In addition, this role personally develops and delivers complex code modules, stable application systems, and integrated enterprise software solutions within various computing environments.

Key responsibilities
Configure and maintain Oracle Financial modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA).
Analyze business requirements and design Oracle ERP solutions accordingly.
Lead or support full-cycle ERP implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT
Skills:
Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA)
Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and data visualization tools
Business process analysis and solution design
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) and 7 years of experience in software development or related field.
5+ years of experience with Oracle Financial ERP systems (EBS or Fusion)
6 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development lifecycles through iterative agile development
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills/Education:

Implement and configure Oracle FAW to deliver advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and data models using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Integrate FAW with Oracle ERP Cloud and other data sources.
Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
Master's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field
