Position Overview:
We are seeking an Outlets and Events Manager to oversee the seamless operation of our three food and beverage outlets, while also managing the logistics of our expansive meeting and event spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and a talent for creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers, servers, chefs, and event coordinators, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate all aspects of event management within the 20,000+ square feet of meeting and event space, from initial client inquiry to post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue through events, group bookings, and special promotions.
- Manage budgets and inventories for both outlets and events, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all F&B and event operations.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to enhance event sales and guest loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in F&B management, event coordination, or a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for developing talent.
- Experience managing large-scale events, conferences, and meetings in a hotel setting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of budget management, inventory control, and POS systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Ability to train and implement SOP's to best suit the operation
Salary range begins at 70 annually
