What does a successful Director, Product Manager do?
As the Director of Product Management for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) at Fiserv, you will lead a team of product managers/owners and drive the strategic vision and success of our ECM product portfolio. Specializing in the ECM space, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Professional Services, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure delivery of innovative and market-leading ECM solutions that meet the complex content management needs of Fiserv customers. You will play a key role in managing the ECM product roadmap and our key delivery partner relationship.
What you will do:
Lead the ECM product team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute the ECM product roadmap, aligning it with strategic goals, industry trends, and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to define product requirements and deliver integrated ECM solutions.
Conduct market research and monitor customer feedback to continuously improve ECM solutions and drive product enhancements.
Develop effective product positioning, marketing strategies, and go-to-market plans for the ECM product suite.
Minimal travel estimated at approximately 10%.

What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
8+ years of experience in product management.
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and understanding of ECM market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
8+ years of experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
8+ years of experience in developing and executing product roadmaps.
