What does a successful Implementations Analyst, Professional do?
As an Implementations Analyst, Professional at Fiserv on the Bank Solutions eCommerce and Business Banking implementation team, you will be instrumental in implementing, training, consulting, and supporting our software solutions. Whether part of a larger conversion project or a single product installation, you will build meaningful relationships across various Fiserv groups to deliver successful client implementations.
What you will do:
- Lead multiple implementation projects for Fiserv clients via phone, email, and web-based contact channels with minimal supervision.
- Thoroughly track, organize, document, and communicate all product implementation activities for each client.
- Act as a liaison between various parties for projects involving multiple product offerings or interfaces with Fiserv and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services while staying abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices.
- Resolve moderate product and/or technical issues as a subject matter expert.
- Walk clients through setup, testing, and procedures, including conducting training and client presentations.
- Provide after-hours support occasionally and adjust work hours as needed to support client implementations.
- Assist with documentation and review of implementation procedures, including data mapping, code validations, and go-live support.
What you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience with customer-facing projects or in a client support role.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficient in core computer skills, including Microsoft Office, moving files between systems, and basic Windows operations.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Experience with Fiserv core or online banking systems.
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong research and analytical skills to solve issues and determine appropriate client options.
- Basic understanding of networking and data communication.
