What does a successful Conversions Analyst do at Fiserv?
Administer high quality assistance and client service in all of their interactions with Fiserv, even when they move to another banking solution. Provide management, analysis, and consultation to existing clients during application and full bank deconversions.
What you will do:
- Analyze and determine deconversion requirements and provide those requirements to appropriate Business Units.
- Perform administrative tasks related to client database records to record deconversion activities.
- Provide consultation to the client before, during and after deconversion. Identify client's existing applications and workflows to ensure all data is converted successfully.
- Monitor the status, coordinate, and effectively communicate progress and any potential problems to manager, internal Business Units and Client Partners for awareness and/or resolution.
- Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the deconversion process.
What you will need to have:
- Five years systems/data analysis in the banking or financial services industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work after hours or weekends, as needed.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
What would be great to have:
Software application conversion and/or implementation experience.
- Premier Core, Precision, Clear Touch knowledge Experience or knowledge of business methods and practices in the financial services industry
