What does a great Implementation Analyst do?
An Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in the success of new client implementations. You will be responsible for the installation of new products or product updates, technical product training, and client support throughout the implementation process. This role is essential in enhancing our clients' operational efficiency, helping them align with regulations, minimize risk, and gain new business insights with our comprehensive bank platforms.
What you will do:
- The Implementation Analyst is responsible for leading successful implementations for Fiserv’s Integrated Teller solution. These implementations are for new clients and existing clients.
- The analyst engages directly with the client from the project kickoff through go-live. This is a fast-paced position requires flexibility and the ability to easily accept and manage change.
- The analyst must have the ability listen and understand the client’s business problems and opportunities. This will allow them to provide direction to the clients to achieve their objectives and success.
- As part of the implementation process the Implementation Analyst will utilize business analysis techniques, tools, and common templates.
- Travel up to 45%.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science and/or related field required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted.
- At least 1 year of experience in direct customer/client project or support involvement.
- Bank Operations experience preferably with Teller products / systems.
- Valid Driver's License.
What would be great to have:
- 3+ years of direct customer/client project or support involvement.
- Working knowledge of teller functions in the financial services industry. This should include, but not limited to, bank operations for teller transactions and check processing
- Knowledge of the Check 21 legislation is a plus.
- Experience with balancing tills, cash, and GL accounts.
- Knowledge of Fiserv products.
- Strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects to meet deliverables by expected due date.
