TITLE: Tech Lead, Data Architecture

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Engage with cross functional teams to ensure integration and sanity of converted data. Document requirements, write and maintain codes and processes, conduct integration and validation testing, resolve integration issues in back-office cycle, and create detailed go live plans. Update mainframe Cobol codes and processes for any changes related to enhancement, release changes or bug fixes. Analyze, enhance and refine the Master Specs across all credit union products and ensure there is common code irrespective of programming teams. Conduct manual report scheduling to integrate critical reports in merges. Build dealer information using DUX and work on setting up employee restrictions. Test multiple ACH files at one to reduce file exchange processing wait times. Provide post-live support for conversion issues after go-live phase.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving mainframe technology experience in the Banking or Credit Union industry. Prior experience must include 4 years in the following: Core banking software conversion; Mainframe code review; Mainframe back-office cycle processing; Gathering requirements and presenting technical findings to C-suite; Working with reporting tools and cold storage; and Data validation using Microsoft Access or Excel.
TRAVEL: 25% national travel required.
