Chewy is looking for a Program Manager, Strategy & Training, for the Category Management (CM) team. You will collaborate with key partners to understand overall category strategy and then will develop training programs to fuel the growth and performance of our CM teams. This role will own cross-functional relationships and strategically partner with the business to build impactful learning solutions, and drive adoption of outstanding practices. You will come from a merchandising or spent time in a related category management role for credibility and be ready to take on a broader role working with leadership to enable the next generation of Category Managers at Chewy.
