In this role, you will:- Lead by coaching, training, developing, inspiring, and building a high performing team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
- Lead the team through ongoing changes within GPL Implementation
- Identify and recommend opportunities for initiatives, strategy, and sustainability of change.
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, strategy, and adaption of change implementation to meet business objectives.
- Interpret and develop process improvement for change implementation.
- Collaborate with peers, risk, compliance, and multiple level managers on strategic initiatives across GPL Implementation.
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
- Partner with sales leaders to support customers with a best-in-class implementation experience; resolve tactical issues regarding the customer and team member experience.
- Focus on risk mitigation with our processes and team member base.
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:- Extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, processes, systems and tools
- Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives
- Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
- Ability to lead and manage change effectively
- Provide training, performance evaluation and coaching of less experienced team members
- Experience leading a team to achieve objectives
- Experience working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise
- Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
- Develop strategies to improve staffing processes, ensure specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to more experienced management
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of functional area and team to meet business objectives
Job Expectation- This role offers a hybrid work schedule from one of the posted locations
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
