What does a successful Director, Corporate Communications do at Fiserv
The Director, Corporate Communications, drives the development and leads the successful execution of communication strategies supporting Technology and Operations. In this position, you will create communication plans, key messages and content for thought leadership opportunities, work with a variety of technology-focused strategic communications and drive our successful execution and implementation.
What you will do:
- Partner closely with senior executives to craft messages that reinforce business priorities and client-centric culture
- Translate complex initiatives into compelling narratives that drive understanding and engagement for associates
- Design and manage communications campaigns that support marketing initiatives, launches, service updates, policy changes, and cultural moments
- Lead the development of key internal communications including but not limited to executive messaging, organizational updates, leadership talking points, and FAQs for associates across the global Merchant Solutions business
- Optimize and evolve communication channels to meet the needs of geographically dispersed, high-touch teams (e.g., digital newsletters, intranet hubs, team meetings, toolkits)
- Partner cross-functionally and within the Global Brand team to deliver integrated communications strategies for associate engagement
- Drive content programming for strategic associate updates, leveraging various communication channels
What you will need to have:
- 9+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, preferably in client-facing, sales, or service-oriented environments
- Experience leading and developing team members
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a proven ability to influence at the executive level
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

- Synthesize and present complex information/technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to engage internal audiences
- Critical thinking and experience supporting communications in matrixed organizations with a distributed workforce
Important info about this role:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary
- In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
