What you will do:
- Gather client configuration and process requirements.
- Test upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, and code fixes.
- Develop detailed internal test plans and schedules.
- Conduct internal and external project meetings, providing updates to the project team.
- Collaborate with project team members and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts, and dependencies.
- Prepare and conduct informal and formal presentations.
- Contribute to the change management process.
- Attend daily testing sessions with clients during implementations.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client configuration and requirements gathering.
- 4+ years of experience in testing upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and conducting project meetings.
- 4+ years of experience in developing internal test plans and schedules.
- Ability to travel 10% to client sites.
