What does a successful Marketo Campaign Manager do at Fiserv?
You will be an essential member of the Demand Generation Team managing campaigns across the Fiserv enterprise. As our Marketo Campaign Manager, you will work in partnership with members of the Global Brand, Marketing and Communications team, Business Unit Marketers, and Sales to create programs to drive leads, engagement, and pipeline.
In this role you will be advising on demand strategy and campaign execution based on stakeholder objectives, budget, and timeline. This may include campaign design recommending the right tactic mix, channel, and touches to accomplish objectives. The Marketo Campaign Manager will primarily be responsible for executing email, webinar, event promotion, trigger, and nurture campaigns in Marketo. Programs may include inbound, outbound and pipeline acceleration.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives, target audience, budget, and timing. Meet regularly to report on results and make recommendations on campaign optimizations.
- Advise on demand strategy to accomplish objectives, recommend program design, and manage campaign execution.
- Project manage the collection of campaign assets, required forms for email and landing page development, reviews and approvals, and gather sales support to assist in sales follow up.
- Ensure that copy and graphics align to brand standards.
- Manage the lead hand-off and follow up process.
- Ensure training is conducted between stakeholders and Sales.
- Set up campaigns to capture success metrics and the reporting of actuals against goals/benchmarks along with monitoring campaign performance.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) demand generation.
- Experience building campaigns in an Email/Marketing Automation Platform.
- Experience of campaign management: driving new logo, up-sell, cross-sell, acceleration, campaign reporting and analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Experience using Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

- Skilled in utilizing Marketo platform.
- B2B banking, financial services, and/or software industry marketing experience.
- Experience with On24 webinar platform.
- Experience with Demandbase platform.
- Understanding of Forrester Research best practices and frameworks.
Important info about this role:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary

- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
