What does a successful Learning and Development Advisor at Fiserv do?
You will serve and an extremely valuable member of a growing team and operation. You will support the knowledge, skills and efficiency of the organization’s associates by delivering engaging classroom instruction, facilitation and administration in new hire and skill improvement learning sessions for contact center associates, as well as assisting in the design and development of learning materials and content used, based on business needs.
As a Learning and Development Advisor you can look forward course development and facilitating many courses are several weeks long and can occur during day or evening shifts and/or on weekends. You will collaborate with peers in the Recruiting and Operations groups and help mold and prepare the success of new employees.
What you will do:
Conduct Training: Lead supervisory, management, or non-technical skills training for internal and external clients.
Assess Needs: Utilize needs assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed training programs.
Oversee Program Development: Ensure the creation and successful management of high-quality, effective, and targeted learning interventions designed to address the root causes of performance gaps.
Facilitate Communication: Collaborate with functional organizations to define communication specifications.
Perform Program Impact Analysis and ROI Program Evaluation and Oversee program measures and may compile scorecards.
Manage Program Rollout: Provide monthly program management support for program deployment.
Manage Vendors: Oversee vendor relations.
What you need to have:
7+ years of experience facilitating job related training programs that include products, systems and interaction skills in a service environment.
2+ years experience in Collection, Bank or Financial Institution
Experience with adult learning principles and familiarity with instructional design concepts.
Experience facilitating learning with varied methods and environments (OJT, virtual, classroom, etc.).
Experience in dealing with participants, partners, internal customers and teammates in significant and positive ways.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Product suite, Articulate Story Line, and Microsoft Teams. Able to navigate SharePoint sites and content.
What would be nice to have:
4+ years experience in training facilitation.
Skill with delivering constructive feedback and a genuine real passion for the growth and development of others.
Advanced group facilitation skills (lecture, self-paced learning, discovery, motivation) and classroom management skills.
Practices exemplary trust and integrity; can be relied upon to perform all duties and find solutions to challenges with or without close supervision or immediate assistance.
