What does a successful Line of Business Risk Officer do?The Line of Business (LOB) Risk Officer for our Issuer Solutions business, with a focus on embedded finance and stablecoin, is responsible for managing and advising on risk for the LOB, with a focus on the future. You will conduct risk assessments, monitor alignment to enterprise risks, and provide support to business initiatives from a risk standpoint. The LOB Risk Officer will also partner with other control functions to analyze/aggregate risks from these functions and serve as a central point of contact to senior business leaders.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with the business and supporting functions.
- Drive alignment between the business and the risk framework, and other risk domains as appropriate.
- Continuously consult with the business and supporting functions to understand upcoming business changes so impacts across risk domains can be proactively assessed.
- Enforce policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risk.
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems, technology, and other internal controls, as appropriate.
- Manage triggers of when an assessment should be performed (e.g., system change, external event).
- Contribute to/lead governance routines.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Risk Management, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Finance, Management, Information Technology and/or equivalent military experience.
- 10+ years of experience in risk management and/or financial industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded finance, stablecoin, or crypto-related organizations.
- Demonstrated relationship management experience.
- 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
Important information about this role:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
