The role requires an analytical mindset to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop optimized solutions. Additionally, the analyst communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff.
What will you do:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Document and communicate the results of your analysis and insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and effective implementation of solutions.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- 4+ years of experience in the Card Acquiring domain.
- 4+ years of experience in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working with development teams to create functional specifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- 4+ years of experience leading, facilitating, and documenting functional processes and dialogue flows.
- Fluency in Spanish alongside English proficiency.
