You will collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, design specifications, and ensure successful deployments. With responsibilities in client upgrades, software development, and test automation, you will support Fiserv clients serviced at a Fiserv data center. Your role will help ensure our products align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with clients on upgrades and modifications to ensure their business needs are met.
- Define and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Facilitate requirement workshops to gather and analyze client needs.
- Write design specifications and develop workflow charts and diagrams.
- Provide client support during deployment and implementation phases.
What you will need to have:
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- 5 years of experience defining business requirements and writing design specifications.
- 5 years of experience with test automation and designing and executing test cases, including system and user acceptance testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 5 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- 5 years of experience with workflow charting and diagramming tools.
- 5 years of experience with the Fiserv/Signature International core banking system and related Fiserv products.
