At Fiserv, a successful Relationship Manager for our Credit Unions builds and sustains strong relationships with our largest credit union clients. You will be the primary contact for senior-level managers, managing and growing these relationships to foster customer loyalty and boost revenues. You will leverage Fiserv's extensive resources and solutions to maximize client growth and profitability, enhancing client satisfaction and retention to ensure increased profitability for Fiserv.
What you will do:
- Manage and grow relationships with key executive and operational decision-makers at major credit unions.
- Understand the credit union’s business challenges, strategic objectives, and competitive landscape to identify the best Fiserv solutions.
- Develop and maintain an Account Plan that integrates Fiserv business units to achieve specific goals.
- Promote client participation in Fiserv events such as annual conferences and regional meetings.
- Secure timely contract renewals and monitor client satisfaction, addressing improvement areas proactively.
- Achieve annual sales quotas through add-on products, services, and renewals.
- Create and present formal proposals for additional products and services that align with client needs.
- Ensure fair return on services rendered by following up on client receivables and resolving any disputes.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent military experience.
- 8+ years of experience in selling financial services or fintech products in the financial industry.
- 6+ years of proven success in a sales role servicing major or national accounts within the financial sector.
- 8+ years of experience with strategic account planning and structuring complex multi-million dollar deals.
- Proven experience in influencing and negotiating with C-level executives.
What would be great to have:
- 8+ years of proven success in growing wallet share through cross-sales and enterprise solutions like Online Banking, Card Services, and EMV.
- 6+ years of experience in developing formal proposals for financial services products.
- 8+ years of experience demonstrating Fiserv’s value proposition leveraging industry trends and competitive knowledge.
- Excellent presentation skills with 6+ years of experience in creating compelling business presentations.
- 8+ years of proficiency with Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
