What does a successful Professional Service Project Consultant do?
As a great Professional Service Project Consultant, you will provide analysis and consultation to existing clients during Professional Service/Add on engagements, to ensure satisfied clients. This role is meaningful to our organization as clients expect high quality assistance with all interactions with Fiserv, from the beginning of a project to the end. The best part of the job is working with the Clients and Fiserv Associates for a successful event. You will always be learning, as every Client event is an educational opportunity.
What is needed to have:
- Bachelor's degree is required OR prior Consumer Loan Origination Implementation Management experience for 7 years in lieu of college degree can be considered.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Consumer Loan Origination Implementation Consultant or equivalent position responsible for assisting clients with implementations or experience in Loan Origination products.
What is nice to have:
- Experience with Loan Director a/k/a Velocity and Originate Loans is a plus.
- Proven working experience in the Banking, or Financial Services industry, specifically related to Consumer Loan Origination
- Experience with XML language used in mapping forms and interfaces
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail and dedication to high quality results.
