ABM is seeking a dedicated and proactive Courthouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction within a courthouse environment. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 15 custodial staff, ensuring all duties are completed to standard.
- Maintain consistent communication with the client and promptly address requests or concerns.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure proper coverage and productivity on the floor.
- Track and manage disclosure forms and other client-required documentation.
- Conduct daily check-ins with the morning crew and ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate into client complaints.
What Success Looks Like
- Within the first 90 days, reduce morning complaints by ensuring night shifts meet expectations.
- Establish strong rapport with the client and internal team.
- Maintain a proactive approach to floor operations and team management.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in custodial or facilities management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- English proficiency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
