Position Summary: The Training Specialist creates and delivers exceptional training experiences to support new Franchise School openings and the ongoing development of both franchise and corporate school teams. This includes initial training for franchise teachers and aides, along with training support throughout the first-year life cycle of a new franchisee. The role also supports the onboarding and continuous development of corporate school management team members. This position develops, implements, and enhances training curriculum based on Celebree’s rituals and routines and the 9 core competencies of a Celebree leader.
Essential Functions:
Talent:
- Designs and delivers initial training for franchise teachers and aides.
- Designs and delivers ongoing training for mgmt. team members of Corporate owned locations.
- Promotes enthusiasm and fosters commitment to Celebree’s mission, vision, and values.
- Ensures personal growth through self-education of current trends in early education, leadership, and training best practices.
- Actively contributes to monthly Franchise and Corporate meetings and company-wide initiatives.
- Partners with field leadership to assess development needs and align resources for both franchisee and corporate management teams.
- Creates, updates, and facilitates onboarding for Franchise Teachers and Aides as well as Corporate School Directors and Assistant Directors.
Brand:
- Assesses and improves all training to ensure understanding and consistent implementation of Celebree brand standards across all roles and locations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of Celebree’s curriculum, Conscious Discipline, and leadership expectations to support teachers and managers at all levels.
- Provides targeted resources and support to promote excellence in the 9 core competencies of Celebree leaders and educators.
- Conducts site visits to corporate and franchise locations to stay informed on evolving team needs and to tailor support accordingly.
Operations:
- Coordinates all training logistics within budget and timeline parameters.
- Conducts onsite training and coaching for initial hires at new franchise schools and new corporate school leadership teams.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of training documentation. (Pre and Post Training)
- Contributes to a culture of excellence by modeling accountability and flawless execution.
- Stays current on industry best practices and trends in training, leadership, and early education.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Early Childhood Education, or a related field required
- Experience in training or adult learning facilitation
- Experience in ECE leadership highly preferred
Job Specific Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Working knowledge of Celebree processes and policies.
- Reliable transportation with flexibility for travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Travel and overnight stays required, up to 35%, depending upon school opening timelines.
