The Role:
As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead initiatives that optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall performance in General Assembly. You’ll serve as a change agent, working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and drive measurable results.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and facilitate CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen tools.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process improvements.
- Develop and deliver CI training to build team capability and engagement.
- Standardize best practices across shifts and teams.
- Support new model launches and process integration.
- Track and report KPIs related to efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
