This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI or Austin, TX three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business if more than 3 days].
What You’ll Do
Scrum & Agile Leadership
- Lead all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in Agile best practices and remove blockers to enable high performance and continuous improvement.
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple technical workstreams.
- Track and report progress, manage risks, identify interdependencies, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Proactively engage with product owners, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Executes on assigned tasks with a moderate level of autonomy.

- Coordinate across teams and functions without direct reporting lines.

- Create and maintain clear, concise, and impactful project and program documentation.
- Develop executive-level presentations that articulate project status, risks, roadmaps, and outcomes.
- Maintain Confluence pages for team activities, delivery updates, process documentation, and key decisions.
- Communicate regularly with leadership, ensuring transparency and confidence in program execution.

- Always seek ways to add value to the program, team, and business objectives.
- Be a relentless advocate for delivery excellence, team accountability, and alignment to GM's mission.
