Amentum seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the HOME Program Management Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and experience in managing executive schedules, meetings, and confidential information with discretion.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
