Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Analytics, this position's primary responsibilities will include leading the asset management strategy development and performance analysis for the customer solutions group. This individual will be leading a team focused on account management strategies supporting early to late stage collections, including contact strategies and channels, and improving the portfolio performance through champion/challenger campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quo, can learn quickly, is self-motivated and detail oriented. The position will lead a team and work with key leaders within the Asset Management organization, as well as partner groups such as finance, compliance, legal, risk and technology.
