Systems Analyst I
Position Summary:
The Systems Analyst I will serving as a bridge between business users and technical teams to analyze and document system requirements. The role involves assisting with process improvements, participating in Agile workflows, and supporting software development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Document “as-is” and “to-be” workflows, use cases, and models.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Contribute to requirements reviews and change control efforts.
- Assist in creating test plans and supporting end-user documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in systems analysis, including user story development and requirements gathering.
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Familiarity with UML, use cases, and diagramming techniques.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with SQL queries and basic RDBMS concepts.
- Exposure to automated requirements and testing tools.
- Knowledge of project management software.
Soft Skills:
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,291.33 - $105,942.24 per year
