This role is on a hybrid schedule in our Detroit office in office a few days weekly with some remote days.
The Operational Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Sr. Analyst role will be responsible for assisting in the oversight of the Enterprise Operational Risk Management Program. The candidate will assist with RCSA management, review & challenge of assessments, support RCSA communications to coordinators and stakeholders, and ensure adherence to the RCSA Program Standard and Procedures. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and be capable of collaborating with Independent Risk Management and Business Lines and Support Functions to ensure sound risk management practices.
