As
a Talent Specialist (Interview/Background Coordinator), you’ll play a key role
in shaping a best-in-class recruitment experience. Partnering closely with
recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, you’ll lead the charge on
interview scheduling and candidate logistics - ensuring a smooth and professional
process from start to finish. Resourcefulness, flexibility, and resiliency are
key skills for this position. Effective communication and professionalism are
critical to represent Ally’s strong culture to all parties involved throughout
the recruitment process. You must be comfortable and confident in your phone
and email etiquette.
In
this role, you’ll also support background screening efforts as needed, partnering
with key stakeholders to verify information, resolve discrepancies, and help
ensure compliance with company standards. Your contribution will directly
impact candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and your team’s overall
success.
