What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
- Work with Production and Dispatch departments regarding material delivery
- Monitor equipment and materials to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of safety and environmental regulations
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems for reporting and tracking
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
