Position Summary:
Admissions Specialists with Airstreams Renewables, Inc. (ARI) support transitioning prospective students from the candidate stage through the enrollment process for the ARI Career Skill Program (CSP)/Skill Bridge Program (SBP). They develop, maintain, and report admissions statistics to ARI corporate headquarters, local Education Centers, and Transition Readiness personnel.
Core Responsibilities:
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assists ARI CSP/SBP applicants through entire enrollment process.
- Provides weekly campus tours to prospective students.
- Monitors Command Releases for future classes and provides feedback to Training Supervisor.
- Inputs and maintains QuickBase with student admissions data.
- Generates and reports admissions statistics to Training Supervisor, ARI corporate headquarters and local Education Centers and Transition Readiness personnel.
- Assists ARI Career Services Specialist at regional locations with student employment as needed.
- Works with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to verify student eligibility.
- Performs recruitment and marketing activities on and off base.
- Performs any additional work tasks as directed by Training Supervisor to meet ARI goals and objectives.
- Follows all ARI policies and procedures.

Education, Certification, and Other Requirements:
- Required: Valid Driver’s License, ability to pass motor vehicle record (MVR) and background checks.
- Required: To be considered for this position, you must have reliable transportation to work, have access to a reliable vehicle that you can use to travel to multiple locations within a shift, and be willing to work on occasional weekends and holidays.
- Required: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain a drug-free status.
- Required: Legal ability to work in the United States.
- Preferred: VA Certifying Official
