IT SME support is requested for the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G3’s Army Trojan Management Office (ATMO)-Army Trojan Watch (ATW). The ATW gathers mission requirements, identifies, and determines Trojan issues and provides analytical and sustainable solutions to meet the warfighter’s need.
The mission of the ATW is to provide staff and management coordination of issues for NexGen, SPIRIT, and SPIRIT LITE systems, and other configurations that are enabled by Trojan terminals. The ATW Analyst must be able to identify and transpose requirements into executable instructions for various technical teams, complete milestones, maintain project/task level documentation, monitor project/task timelines to ensure deadlines are met. The ATW Analyst must maintain clear and concise communication with resources/personnel across a matrixed organization. The individual will also perform strategic tasks based on information gathered on day-to-day operations aimed at improving processes associated with achieving the desired outcome. The individual will need to collaborate closely with the Headquarters/Unit staff elements, Actions officers, and assigned Project Managers as well as other staff personnel to complete and accomplished the assigned task.

• Responsible for developing all briefing and reports concerning Network Operations
• Responsible for providing an in person Critical System Status Report briefing to GISA senior leadership
• Responsible for coordinating all authorized system outages
• Coordinate effective knowledge sharing with multiple GET offices and personnel

Education and Certifications
• Baseline certification: DoD 8570 IAT II certification, Security+
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in technology rated field
• At least 5 years of experience briefing executive leadership
• At least 10 years of experience in a network operations center

• At least 10 years of experience briefing executive leadership
• At least 15 years of experience in a network operations center
Skills:
Has the communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates
WORK HOURS
Shift Work:
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday
SECURITY
Must possess at minimum a TS/SCI Clearance. It is preferred that candidate possess a TS/SCI with a CI Poly security clearance. Personnel must be U.S. citizens and capable of obtaining and maintaining a final TS/SCI security clearance. Additionally, all personnel will require access to NATO classified material and will require read on to NATO.
