As a Business Analyst in Data Interpretation & Insight Generation, you’ll own the narrative behind the numbers. This role is perfect for data enthusiasts who excel in uncovering actionable insights, identifying inefficiencies, and driving cross-functional alignment through clear communication and compelling visualizations.
What you will do:
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights, trends, and anomalies.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting business performance.
- Develop and implement business process models using tools like BPMN, SIPOC, or swim lane diagrams.
- Build intuitive and actionable dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Write SQL queries to extract structured data for analysis.
- Create comprehensive documentation, collaboration, and knowledge management using Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA.
- Gather requirements and align deliverables across business, tech, and product teams.
- Support the implementation of new processes and tools while managing stakeholder adoption.
What you will need to have:
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related domains.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, economics, business administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- 5 years of experience in interpreting complex datasets and converting them into actionable business strategies.
- 5 years of experience working within cross-functional teams in operations, product, or analytics.
What would be great to have:
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification and proven application of structured problem-solving techniques.
- 4 years of experience with process improvement, SOP development, or documentation tools like Confluence and SharePoint.
- 4 years of experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of advanced analysis tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Python (preferred but not mandatory)
