Description:You will be the Sustainment Program Support specialist for the IRST LSE Depot Operations team. Our team is responsible for providing comprehensive logistics support, creating sustainment plans, and ensuring the lifecycle of the product, from concept to disposal.
What You Will Be Doing As the Sustainment Program Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Development, Production, and Sustainment activities, ensuring compliance with engineering, contract, and schedule requirements. You will serve as a key interface between support systems, concepts, and specifications, and provide advice and training on system design and specifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting depot repairs, including planning, material handling, hardware movement, supply and logistics, and compliance activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ILS, production repair operations, procurement, PP&C, quality, engineering, and leadership or program management
• Performing analysis of the sustainment system product, including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
• Providing support for IRST Depot Repairs, Depot Test Equipment Operations, Hardware Evaluation, Troubleshooting, Modifications, Rework and Repair, and supply operations

Basic Qualifications:• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements, maintain and deliver GFE hardware, tooling, and support equipment
• Ability to track, submit, and report contractual data deliverables
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
Desired Skills:• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
• Experience using MS Excel and SAP client applications
• Familiar with MFC Asset Management System (AMS)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
