Performance Hub is currently seeking an Analyst I to join our Performance Hub practice.
Responsibilities:
- Work flexibly in a centralized, high performing team environment, providing robust support to both internal and external clients to include coordinating with team members and stakeholders located in various geographic locations, utilizing virtual communication tools, and ensuring seamless project delivery
- Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings, managing project requests, maintaining project deliverable schedules, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and proper formatting
- Support the review of data across multiple systems and maintain personal compliance of operational and regulatory risk in support of the following capabilities: enhance due diligence, transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, grants management, validations, PMO, and controls testing
- Develop knowledge of policy and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met to include contributing to AI use cases in efforts to improve quality and productivity
- Align to a project, prioritize competing tasks, and escalate project issues to Senior Analysts or above; actively contribute to the culture of the center by identifying a mentor within the team, supporting the development of SOPs, and participating in training initiatives
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold Performance Hub's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of recent experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Beginner proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and more)
- Proficiency in business and organizational tools and understanding of technical competencies and processes; demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment with the capability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various database and software applications via Microsoft products
- Experience preferred within one of our primary focus areas: financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, and grants management
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skills
