As an Application Support Analyst at Fiserv, you will thrive in a dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented environment, providing essential support for large enterprise financial institution clients. Your role involves addressing technical client server questions and resolving complex issues within Windows/SQL network environments connected to IBM iSeries. You'll collaborate closely with our Application Analysts to solve challenges with hosted applications and assist clients through Webex sessions. Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive business results is key in this position.

Basic Responsibilities:
- Provide software installation and support services for Signature clients and internal employees.
- Deliver daily technical support for Signature client server products/applications, coordinating with other departments when necessary for problem resolution.
- Install and support Microsoft Windows based applications, SQL Server, and IIS related to Signature client server applications.
- Diagnose and resolve complex functional and operational issues with limited supervision.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical problems.
- Offer second-level support to clients, maintaining regular contact through phone and written communication via the client portal.
- Ensure the successful and timely completion of assigned special projects and requests.
- Provide testing support for new product releases while being a self-motivated individual eager to learn and support.
- Assist in the maintenance, deployment, and documentation of a lab environment for installation and product testing.
- Document technical requirements and issues, and provide on-call and after-hours support as scheduled.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience, preferably supporting software and applications in a banking or financial services environment.
- Troubleshooting applications.
- Network analysis and ability to read networking diagrams
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell).
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Moogsoft.
- Proven capability in delivering customer service to B2B clients.
- Flexibility to provide , on-call, and maintenance hour support as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
