Description:We are Lockheed MartinResponsible for the management of resources & leading a flight test team required to safely and efficiently plan / execute flight and ground test operations under the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) portfolio. These resources include; developmental test aircraft, Flight Test Engineers, Flight Test Project Managers, Flight Test Control Engineers, & Project Engineers. Performs Full Spectrum Leadership duties and EVMS CAM Support as an OBS Manager. Ensures Test Directors and Test Conductors are qualified and maintain performance and currency levels. Ensures testing is accomplished within Program Schedule as well as complying with local operating procedures and approved Test Execution Packages. Participates in technical and test planning meetings to include flight test readiness review boards, test safety review boards, Test Execution Package reviews, flight clearances, and aircraft operating limit (AOL) reviews. Supports IPT and inter-site coordination. Participates in customer interface meetings as required; participate in Program Management Office meetings to include monthly metrics meetings, strategy meetings, test management counsel, weekly program meetings, business reviews, Integrated Master Schedule reviews, and others as required. Ensures accurate and timely reporting of IFG Flight test program status and results. Attends proposal kickoff meetings, review proposals, coordinates technical inputs (SOW and BOE) with the T&E F-16 OBS, review OBS inputs, and coordinate proposal approvals with T&E leadership. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, employee recognition, disciplinary actions, work assignments and salary.
Weekend work, odd shifts and holiday work may be required to support mission requirements.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
