Description:The F-22 Advanced Comms and Open Systems Portfolio is looking for a Program Manager to support the rapid growth of the portfolio. The selected candidate will lead the management of one or more high priority USAF programs under the F-22 Modernization pipeline, and will serve as the primary interface between the customer and the executing cross-functional team.
The selected candidate will direct all phases of their assigned program(s) from inception through completion, to include the cost, schedule and technical performance. Additionally, the selected candidate will lead the team to coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree or higher
- Prior Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Lead experience
- Experience leading projects with minimal input from leadership
- Prior experience in an aerospace and defense environment
- Experience working high-visibility projects and briefing to upper leadership
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:- Knowledge of and experience working with Open Standards such as Enterprise Open Systems Architecture (E-OSA), Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), Open Radio Architecture (ORA), etc.
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Experience in Global Supply Chain Management (GSC) or working closely with GSC
- Experience working with the USG
- Program planning experience or experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
