Description:Systems Engineer SrLocation: Fort Worth TXWhat You Will Be DoingAs a Senior Systems Engineer on the F-35 Sustainment Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and readiness of the F-35 supply network. This high-visibility position involves analyzing, decomposing, and aggregating program information to establish clear Prime Requirements in collaboration with customers. You will leverage your expertise in systems engineering to optimize supply operations, covering areas such as OEM capability, PBL performance, component depot operations, modeling, reliability and maintainability, provisioning, fleet performance, and depot flow plans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain system requirements, including functional, performance, and interface specifications.
- Lead interactions with internal and external customers, including meetings and presentations, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support verification and validation testing of system requirements.
- Generate, manage, and deliver Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), including Net Asset Position (NAP) and other program-specific deliverables.
- Analyze complex program data to establish actionable Prime Requirements and ensure a stable, efficient supply network.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Systems, Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.)
• Experience with defining requirements
• Experience with creating/maintaining Systems Engineering artifacts such as architecture diagrams, ICDs, design documents, systems flows
• Experience creating and managing Verifications and Validation Plans
Desired Skills:• Leading Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs)
• Requirements Definition, Decomposition, and Management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
