We’re looking for a visionary Senior Director of Product to lead the charge in transforming how millions of customers interact with Ally. This role owns a high-impact portfolio of four core products spanning six customer communication channels—voice, chat, secure messaging, email, chat bots, and voice bots—as well as enterprise-scale back-office automation. You’ll set the strategy, launch breakthrough capabilities, and build the technology platforms that power Ally’s contact center and customer experience operations.
As the Senior Director of Product, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that are secure, scalable, and relentlessly focused on customer experience. You’ll partner with engineering, operations, and design leaders to push the boundaries of what’s possible—introducing AI-driven solutions, simplifying customer journeys, and creating experiences that feel effortless from first interaction to resolution. The role will hold a highly influential role and is responsible for delivering various capabilities to meet strategy, initiatives and established goals.
