Boeing’s Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) organization is seeking a talented and creative Senior Visual Communication Specialist to join our Enterprise Support team in Everett, WA or Mesa, AZ.
The primary focus of this role will be to craft compelling visual narratives that support the PACE Center of Expertise (COE) and enhance executive storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, branding, and presentation development, with a passion for transforming complex ideas into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
Storytelling Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key messages and objectives and develop visual stories that effectively communicate these ideas
PowerPoint Design: Create visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, conferences, and other high-stakes events, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines
Branding Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity across various platforms, ensuring consistency in visual communication
Visual Content Creation: Design infographics, charts, and other visual aids that enhance understanding and retention of information
Information Design: Templates, Portal hierarchy, etc.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, marketing, communications, and executive leadership
Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends in visual communication and storytelling to bring innovative ideas to the team
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in the graphic design field
5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
3+ years of experience with visual storytelling
3+ years of experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms
Up to 25% domestic travel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Experience in corporate communications or a similar role
Experience with video editing and animation software.
Experience with (UX) design principles

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $98,600 - $142,600
