The Supervisor 1 has overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control/planning and quality management aspects of operation. Acts as primary point of contact for customers at the work site level. Position reports to the Director of Operations or Program Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Provides guidance to deliver efficient work procedures, work schedules and workflow.
2. Supervise, coordinate, assign duties, provide leadership and reviews the work of assigned staff and contract for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
3. Responsible to the Site Supervisor for maintaining effective supervisory methods/controls.
4. Monitors and fosters harmony among the crew complement.
5. Reviews composite reports from individual reports of subordinates prior to submission.
6. Provides guidance to correct errors and complaints.
7. Monitors work sites during and after completion to determine safety, quality and completeness.
8. Read and understand statement of work and contractual requirements.
9. Monitors the process of labor time sheets for accuracy before submitting.
10. Respond to various types of emergencies and provide assistance as appropriate based on skills, knowledge, and ability.
11. Will assist the Site Supervisor on any additional requirements as needed.
12. Must be capable of managing any section on the site and does so in the absence of Leadman.
13. Perform all other position related duties as assigned and requested
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication and constant mental alertness. Must possess planning/organizing skills and must be able to work under deadlines. Position requires routine travel to site operating locations.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of academic/technical/military training and experience.
Possess six (6) or more years of diverse management experience.
Possess excellent communication, analytical, project management and supervisory skills.
Desktop computer skills are essential with proficiency in full range of Microsoft Office products and should be capable of preparing management level reports and presentations.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid and current state driver’s license.
Must understand and be able to use Technical Manuals.
Must be able to complete paperwork associated with vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Ability to manipulate and use hand tools and hydraulic equipment.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Passing a pre-employment drug screen and a government background check is required.
Must be able to successfully pass a National Agency Check (NAC) within 60 days of hire if required.
Must be available for any shift. Willing to work weekends and other hours as needed.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
May require travel.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this position is $68,640.00 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay may include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Paid vacation. Annual allotment in the form of a biweekly accrual as follows: 120 hours for 0-4 years of service, 160 hours for 4-9 years of service, 200 hours for more than 10 years of service.
4 weeks of paid parental leave.
11 Paid holidays annually (prorated dependent on hire date).
