Amentum is seeking a Scheduler - Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), incorporating technical inputs, tracking critical path activities, and ensuring alignment with project execution strategies.
- Analyzes scheduling data from Task 2 through Task 5, integrating updates per Government requirements while maintaining consistency in reporting and documentation.
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates scheduling risks, tracking project milestones, dependencies, and potential delays that impact critical timelines.
- Applies advanced scheduling methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency, resolve conflicts, and maintain synchronization across multiple project phases.
- Leads cross-functional coordination efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to align scheduling activities with operational priorities.
- Evaluates schedule variances, develops mitigation strategies, and provides leadership with detailed assessments of project status.
- Implements standardized IMS structures, maintaining compliance with Government-approved formats while documenting key planning elements that may introduce schedule risks.
- Oversees monthly and ad hoc IMS updates, supporting strategic decision-making by delivering clear, data-driven scheduling reports for leadership review.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
