Amentum is seeking a Scheduler Journeyman to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), incorporating technical inputs and tracking critical path activities to support project execution.
- Integrates scheduling data from Task 2 through Task 5, aligning IMS updates with Government requirements while ensuring consistency in documentation and reporting.
- Monitors project milestones, dependencies, and scheduling risks, identifying potential delays and their impact on project timelines.
- Applies standardized formatting and structuring based on the Government-approved IMS version, ensuring accuracy in schedule updates.
- Tracks schedule variances, analyzes potential risks, and collaborates with stakeholders to align scheduling activities with project objectives.
- Updates the IMS on a monthly basis or as required, capturing significant program changes and adjustments.
- Assists in coordinating scheduling inputs across multiple teams, supporting synchronization between planning and execution.
- Compiles scheduling reports, providing leadership with visibility into project timelines, status, and risks to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 4-9 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
