Amentum is seeking a Quality Specialist Journeyman to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation of the Quality Management Program (QMP) at the regional level by coordinating quality assurance and control processes across hardware, software, network, and security domains.
- Serves as the regional quality liaison, bridging communication between field teams and the Quality Manager to uphold compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) standards and ARNG G-2 quality objectives.
- Monitors quality across program deliverables and lifecycle milestones within the assigned region, tracking adherence to established procedures and performance criteria.
- Gathers and consolidates regional inputs on quality metrics, risk indicators, and process deviations to support centralized analysis, issue resolution, and enterprise-wide improvements.
- Coordinates the development and maintenance of region-specific quality documentation, including task-level SOPs, configuration records, and compliance tracking logs.
- Facilitates structured document reviews by supporting peer and managerial evaluations using standardized checklists and templates, ensuring alignment with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements and Government feedback.
- Participates in regional status and technical meetings to report on quality-related trends, escalate concerns, and track the progress of corrective actions.
- Supports configuration management and asset tracking activities by verifying documentation accuracy and assisting in the validation of deliverables.
- Contributes to the lessons learned process and quality reporting cycles, helping the Quality Manager maintain transparency and continuous improvement across the IS3 Task Order.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 4-9 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
